Palm Jumeirah Properties
The world renowned Palm Jumeirah is the world’s largest man-made island. Extending over 6 kilometers into the Arabian Gulf Sea it is comprised of a two kilometer long trunk, a total of 17 fronds and a surrounding crescent.

Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah, a joint venture between IFA Hotels & Resorts and Istithmar and one of the first Palm Jumeirah properties to be completed. Situated on the western portion of the Palm Jumeirah’s trunk it comprises 10 identical and interconnected 11-storey buildings. This development is famous for its extra spacious range of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Located on the ground floors is the newly opened Golden Mile Retail area which boasts a major grocery chain, pharmacies, banks and fashionable shops as well as trendy restaurants and cafés. With ample indoor parking and a 2.4km running track and park right outside, Golden Mile is a convenient and family friendly place to live.
Consisting of 20 ten story residential apartment buildings Shoreline Apartments is the biggest residential development on the Palm Jumeirah.
