Palm Jumeirah Properties
The world renowned Palm Jumeirah is the world’s largest man-made island. Extending over 6 kilometers into the Arabian Gulf Sea it is comprised of a two kilometer long trunk, a total of 17 fronds and a surrounding crescent.
Officially launched in 2001 the Palm saw handover of the first residences in the later part of 2006. Today the Palm is over 80% built and is home to over 1400 high-endd villas and numerous medium rise residential developments as well as world class hotels.
Aside from luxury residences and hotels the Palm is also home to the Golden Mile Galleria; a recently opened 400,000 sq ft retail complex located in Golden Mile. This community mall is the first of its kind on the Palm will soon be boosted by the new Nakheel Mall. Due for completion in 2018 the Nakheel Mall will be built on an area of nearly one million square feet and will feature a 200-room state-of-the-art, five star hotel; 200 hotel apartments and a 180 meter high viewing deck offering spectacular panoramic sea views.
Palm Jumeirah Properties in detail:
Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah, a joint venture between IFA Hotels & Resorts and Istithmar and one of the first Palm Jumeirah properties to be completed. Situated on the western portion of the Palm Jumeirah’s trunk it comprises 10 identical and interconnected 11-storey buildings. This development is famous for its extra spacious range of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Located on the ground floors is the newly opened Golden Mile Retail area which boasts a major grocery chain, pharmacies, banks and fashionable shops as well as trendy restaurants and cafés. With ample indoor parking and a 2.4km running track and park right outside, Golden Mile is a convenient and family friendly place to live.
Consisting of 20 ten story residential apartment buildings Shoreline Apartments is the biggest residential development on the Palm Jumeirah. Located on the right hand side of the trunk 10 of the 20 building feature direct access to the beach. The type of apartments found in Shoreline are mainly 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. As well as residential apartments Shoreline is also home to various beach clubs, convenience stores as well as popular bars and restaurants.
Marina Residence – Palm Jumeirah

Oceana Residence – Palm Jumeirah
Located on the west side of the trunk Oceana Residence is widely regarded as one of the best Palm Jumeirah Properties.
